Busy, Busy, Busy

Another big day of cooking, laundry, and cleaning. Good thing I got the mowing down yesterday so that doesn’t have to be another bullet on my list! Laundry and dishes are WAY easy, so that’s a blessing! So, mom called last night, and asked me if I would prepare a big meal for her and her co-workers at the Boone Clinic. Of course, that totally excited me! And only came out with ONE burn!!! Hahaha.. I usually don’t burn myself, but I had both the racks full in the oven, so I was reaching down to stir rice on bottom rack, and burnt the top of my hand on the door. It is pretty red and swollen, but I’ll live!!! ;-) I ended up making a really good salad with homemade vinegar dressing, meatloaf, and a mushroom and brown rice dish!

Tonight will be very eventful also! Heading to Bonkers, and then we might do a little bit of shopping. I start hair school on Monday, and I need to get me some black tennies, along with some black pants and capris!

Another big note… Our living room was a little bit sparse, so, yesterday Lowell and I went to Columbia while Juddy was at work, and we picked up a black leather couch for the living room! So, now we have a full set!!! We have 3 coffee tables, which rocks, a love seat, and a full size couch! Plus, I surprised him with a 4 shelf shelve, and a dvd/vcr player rack. Which was a great deal! A little matching set from DG, absolutely perfect!!! Just like us!!! ;-)
